Privacy policy

Les Entreprises MRA Paysagistes Inc. protects your personal information, as required by the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec’s Law 25). Here, simply put, is what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Quote request: name, phone, email, work address, customer type, services requested, contract number (if you are a customer), message and the files you attach.

Contact message: name, email or phone, and your message.

Customer service (breakage, service request): name, phone, email, contract number, cleared address, description and the photos you attach.

Job application: name, phone, email, position sought, experience and résumé (optional).

Nothing else: this site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and does not track you from page to page. Fonts are served by our own site.

Why

To answer you, send you an acknowledgement by email, prepare your quote, organize the work or review your application. Never for anything else, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Only the members of our team who need it: customer service for quotes and messages; human resources and the position’s supervisor for applications.

Your requests are handled in our systems and work tools (Microsoft 365 for email, Asana for tracking requests). These providers’ servers may be located outside Québec.

To suggest addresses as you type, our servers send what you write in an address field to Google (Google Maps Platform), without your name, contact details or IP address. Your browser never communicates with Google.

Our artificial intelligence assistant, Evans, runs on our own servers: it may read your request or résumé to prepare a summary for our team and personalize the acknowledgement. Nothing is sent to an outside artificial intelligence service, and every decision about you is made by a person on our team.

How long

Quote requests and messages received through the site: 12 months, then deleted.

Job applications: 12 months after they are received, then deleted along with the résumé. If you are hired, your employee file is kept according to the rules that apply to employment.

Files attached to the quote form are not kept on our web servers: they are forwarded to our team.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to our person in charge of the protection of personal information.

Security

Forms are sent encrypted (HTTPS) directly to our systems. Access to requests is limited to authorized people.

One exception, on your device: the “summer / winter” choice of the header button stays in your browser for the length of your visit, then is erased. Nothing is sent.
